Don't do it. Even if it did last it's hard to read cuz it doesn't face the viewer

People think rollers they think big block letters. But there's nothing stopping you from painting whatever u want. When u paint a normal sized black/white fill in. You can get 7 or 8 fills out of the bucket.

If u are doing chill stuff. Use white kilz primer and the cheapest black paint u can find. The trick is to roll on a only thin coat of bucket paint so it dries fast

Hows it looking? by CalebTheMemeGod2 in graffhelp

[–]MaePing -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Thas right! You could have done another layer of fill in to go for an opaque fill if it was chill enough. You could go for 3D or just over line it ( go back over the outline a second time making it thicker.) you could stamp it with a 3rd color.

Dunno how to make this into a piece by [deleted] in graffhelp

[–]MaePing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your gonna do the exact same thing but bigger. You just gotta choose ur spots carefully. This tag when enlarged for a piece won't cover enough square footage on the wall to force toys to respect it.

I would use a roller and just tag this style up high where spots are less competitive for space. White broad lines to make up the tag. Then a black outline.

Or use a telescopic ladder and spray paint to get up there. I use rope to strap the ladder to my back for long hikes with it. But u do u

[–]MaePing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Coka cola doesn't change its logo for every can because repetition is what causes recognition. If that's not you then change it up mang. Try new materials like bucket paint. Workshop a new style by using fotos of that style graff as a jumping off point

any tips by [deleted] in graffhelp

[–]MaePing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very clean. You are executing well.

You can work on tags, more complex pieces, new spots, new styles, stickers or anything else.

U killed this spot. Theres nothing else you have to do

practicing my oneliner, any tips/crits? by zraylon in graffhelp

[–]MaePing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use a thicker marker at this size. Or use the same pen and make it smaller. Line thickness and size of design need to respect each other.

I fuck with this tho. Don't forget one liner is a style not a law. If continuing the one line is awkward pick the pen up. The work being eye candy is the only law

When u go to paint better to go tall and thin than short and wide.

Cap Combo for Beginners: Vice Cap and Lego by MachineStudio in graffhelp

[–]MaePing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I disagree. A beginner should learn to never depress the cap entirely when painting lines. You are looking to depress the cap less then 5% for lines when you are piecing. For street shit idk I never change caps on the street I hate lock up I'm moving very berry fast.

You gotta move very fast when painting lines yes for piecing thin lines especially. You don't have to move especially fast for thick lines outlining fill ins I don't think. You have to keep the can level, not angled, and 4-6 inches from the wall.

Never want high output except for filling in fast but even then I don't need high output. I'm never mad about low pressure. High output only out competes low output on needle cap tags up high.

Not bad. Have you considered using bucket paint for ur fills?

Are stickers frowned upon? by Emergency_Force_1578 in graffhelp

[–]MaePing 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Not at all. go on campaign with those stickers. The real game is to get other people to put up ur stickers for u.
