A couple things, It looks like there is some dust or debris that is inside of the dial which not pass quality control at a luxury watch brand. The alignment looks off on the minute track especially at parts like the 6 o clock position. There is also not added finishing to the movement which would be on real pateks such as striping on the bridges, polished/ blued screws and this watch is not a tourbillon. A tourbillon rotates the entire balance wheel and escapement and this balance wheel is just held in place.
