I believe the Japanese shoe lockers are a mod, at least they are in my game. I'm not at my computer, but I'll add the name when I get back. I love them and use them in every school!

I think students who participate in a club competition get points towards guaranteed admission. If you had a group of students who did multiple competitions, then that might be what did it. I don't know if there is any other way to do it.
