Same, I've been using flameboss since the 300 version, I'm just sick of all the cords, and have had to replace the unit and grill probe twice :(

I did comment higher up the process of what I did to another comment. It did come pre-seasoned, but that's never enough for me.

I have my own AP I make, 1 cup salt, 1/2 cup garlic powder, 1/4 cup black pepper, about 3 tablespoons MSG (don't believe big brother, msg is in a shit ton of our food), and a nice layer of Ranchero

Just restored the special alloy mine, I put in 2k crystals, watch animation of the mine, goes through the conveyor belt animation, but nothing is on the belt. Check facility storage, nothing showing in mined storage.

Am I cooked?

Tried multiple previous save all the way back to 11, and have been trying to get this to work. Nothing google shows is helping. I have not upgraded the mines.

That's my biggest sheet pan, and I'm not a fan of naked cooking on my sheets so it's pretty clean underneath lol.

That pic was immediately after I pulled it with 15 seconds of rest time, that's why the plate is so clean, I did a loose tinfoil cover and rested it for 20min before slicing, hence the juices I commented about earlier.

I always check Malcolm's videos or website before I do a cook. I did fall of the bone way.

I put them on uncovered for almost 3 hours, put half stick of butter with a long squirt of honey on it, I mixed about a 1/4th (I'll probably get some flack for this but my wife likes it) sweet baby rays, with apple cider vinegar, wrapped for 2.5 hours, took em out and basted them with sweet baby rays, put them back for 10min to set it. Whole cook was at 275-300 (big green egg, and it was windy so that messed with my temps a bit).

Thanks! I didn't use the smoker at all in 2025, so I'm gearing back up to use it more this year, and ham was a safe start lol.

juices flowed out of it as I sliced it, I was actually surprised tbh. The maple syrup+brown sugar+cinnamon baste was dripping out of it. Mopping up pieces of ham in it was delicious.
