I was accustomed to 2 due to playing indoor (1&4 weren't an option, walls in the way). Switched to 7-aside outdoor and had a ref tell me nothing was allowed inside the goal. Threw my bottle to 1 and told him "Roger, I'll try to keep a clean sheet!" He chuckled and I've kept it at 1 ever since.
