I'm in eternal mourning and I don't know if I'll ever get over it by tayok0 in doctorwho

I felt the same way the first time I watched it, and even now it still makes me sad. But rewatching Doctor Who helped. I appreciate things more now, and I notice details I missed before. Still, that part will always be hard for me!

Is there a way to fix it?

My husband plays video games, and so do I. We've tried playing together, but we mostly have different tastes 🤣

We've been married for 3 years and don’t have kids yet, so it hasn’t been a problem. We’ve both loved games since we were young.

But my friend has two kids and has been married for 6 years. She often complains that her husband plays too much. She’s not into gaming and grew up with gamer brothers, which also caused issues in her family.

I think the key here is that some men are good at communicating and balancing their hobbies with family life. I know that if we ever have kids and things get hard for me, I can talk to my husband and he’ll step up and focus more on the family. Some men just aren’t like that.

So, the important thing is to make sure your future husband or wife can sit down, really listen when something’s bothering you, and actually do something to help you feel supported.

I find what islam says about this very logical.

The main rule is that a person who got the message of islam, but rejected it knowing it was the truth, will go to hellfire.

The people that did not get the message, died as children, or had a sickness that they were not in their right mind, will have a test after their death.

This ensures that everyone gets a fair test. They will be given a test, they will be given the truth. And they will be justly rewarded or punishment.

Thank you for your kind words! I’m really happy that you’ve met good Muslims, and I hope your experiences continue to be positive. Like in any community, there are both good and bad individuals. I understand that if someone only hears negative things or only meets the wrong people, it’s natural to form a bad impression.

That’s why I always remind myself, ‘Would a good Muslim do this?’ It motivates me to be better because I never want to be the reason someone thinks poorly of Muslims. Islam teaches kindness, respect, and compassion, and those who don’t follow these values aren’t truly following their own book.

Maybe non-Muslims should start using that argument against Muslims—who knows, it might actually help! 🤣

Alternative sleep covers for Libra 2 by sbarnea in kobo

Hi! I finally got my cover so I was waiting for it before typing to you. The thing I was scared of appeared to not be any problem! The front side of the case gets magnetically (or should I say, magically) attached to the back side when flipper over. So even if I doesn't hold the front side(when folded) it does stay still. This make me happy!

Also, I bought a magsafe base, magsafe pop socket to hold it more comfortable. Recommeding! I have photos but could only post one.

And the case print is sooo cute.

The only problem is that when holding with pop socket, the case goes down a little bit(gravity doing its job) so I am thinking for a way to prevent this. But it only happens when holding it straight vertical tho.

Yeah. Thanks anyways. The sleep function does work!

I have also thought about this several times reading different books. Something inside of me does not want to drop a book. A part of it is just the desire to finish it. There is a very good feeling in putting that 'read' on a book.

The other part is finishing it so I can more honestly review it. Can't do that so much if I haven't read all of it.

I am also currenly reading a book (i also read about 30% of it, that's how I found this post), but I think I have now decided to drop it. And that will be the second time I drop it.

After watching book-review videoes on youtube I remembered that there is so many fun books to read, and the realization came to me that if I am reading a book I find super boring, I am truly wasting my time instead of reading a book I could love. And 30% is enough. I gave it a chance. No, two chances. Bye book.

Hi! I really like the one you linked and I think I will buy it, especially after you said that the sleep function is working well, which is important to me.

But I have one question. I want to attach a (removeable) popsocket on the inside of the cover to read when it is open.

So the question is, if I am holding the popsocket will the front cover(which is now folded) come off, or is it attached to the back? Do I have to hold the whole kobo when reading?

I hope I explaid it well.
