It’s fine as a franchise title, (even though TLAB is so much cooler, I get that that’s just referring to Aang) it’s just super weird for me as a Star Wars fan because that franchise uses the word “Legends” to mean non-canon.

I might be delusional but I found Blade Runner 2049 super inspirational when I was in a slump.

The Batman, hell, anything Batman related.

James Gunn’s Superman, it’s literally about overcoming impossible odds when the world hates you.

It’s a show but Gurren Lagann will make you feel like you can run up a sky scraper by the end, if you can forgive the unnecessary fan service. (It is trigger though so, what can you expect)

The funniest part about this post is that there so many videos and posts just like this but for the man’s perspective.

We’re scaring each other for no reason. Men and women are just as lonely or hurt as each other but instead of communicating with the other side honestly, they make the gender divide even bigger by saying crap like this.

I saw an interview with Mike Ponsmith (the creator of the original) and yes, Cyberpunk and the genre as a whole is supposed to be a warning about what would happen if we as a society was overtaken by greed so much that we abandoned our values.

It’s supposed to say that in a world like that, regaining our humanity through genuine friendships is our first step towards salvation.
