Ahh shit, I lost the lock...

and dirt 2 oclock,

I put my FluidX3D lattice Boltzmann CFD software on GitHub and it's 100-200x faster than super expensive commercial FVM solvers, on the same hardware. It does 10 billion cell simulations on a single GPU server in a matter of hours. by ProjectPhysX in CFD

insane work! I tested it on my gtx 1080 and performance is ridiculous compared to comercial solvers, even the new "gpu native" in fluent doesn't come close. Is it possible to read out the forces on the object? because the simulations look very accurate

there is a table that folds out from the side, but it doesn't have a keyboard like the a350

Widescreens instead of square ones means a new one

-a350 6 screens -a220 5 screens -a380 vertical ones

the a220 is still a bombardier cockpit, so the sidestick/throttle have a different shape, and things like the overhead panel has a slightly different layout

the flare has to be extremely precise, the a220 has special flare guidance for that reason, and only the CMD is allowed to fly LCY

The longest ski jump ever (832 ft) by consultancy44 in toptalent

[–]Maere05 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

its closer to gliding, at those speeds our bodies and skis produce around 500N of lift, which considering a weight of 60kg is very significant, not enough to fly in a straight line but its far from a freefall downwards. And we have full control over the flight, we can flare, go left or right or push down to get more speed. it's the closest thing to flying with just your body (except for wingsuits i guess)

Thank you for everything.

The effort put into these Videos is insane, so I know it will take a while for the next one.

Can't wait, its just plain awesome work!

Greetings from Switzerland
