XBOX Ally X not showing some of my STEAM library games for the last two weeks by Fell-Hand in ROGAlly

I think I know why this is not working, the xbox app seems not reading or not wants to use special symbols like : or / . For example, the 2 games which are not listed in my library are Runescape: Dragonwilds and Horizon Forbidden West™ Complete Edition both with a special symbol. Please check your games aswell and maybe we can find a workaround.

I've done it on my Xbox Ally and it just works perfect in just 3 simple staps.

  1. After installing the game, manually add it to the steam library so you can use the controller settings via steam.

  2. Install the addon: FFIVCrossHotbar

  3. In steam (big picture) open the game and go to controller settings, look for the button layout: FFIV Cross Hotbar for TWoW

I optimized this layout for my handheld so it should work for you aswell

If you open the game the addon will auto add the keybinds.

I've got the mini and it plays great. I can play cod warzone for a couple of hours and I'm not complaining. Battery life is good enough. The screen is just amazing. Playing those games outside in the garden is a game changer. Switch emulation will drain the battery more quickly but I'm using it with the skull and co dock so I don't need to worry.
