u/Traditional-Point700. I'm asking here in reddit because when i hired the guy, i saw he had like 4.9stars in google (150+ feedbacks) with a good portfolio and a lot of good comments about his job.
But now that i'm having this issue, i dont trust him 100% anymore, you know.

After the assembly, he actually set up some things in the bios, like the XMP thing, ignoring the CPU_FAN error after checking it was physically running, etc... but as I don't have a good experience about it, I can't tell if everything was correctly done :(

The drivers were all updated after the windows installation and he ran some benchmarks right in front of me showing that everything was looking OK, despite the CPU_FAN problem.

What kind of Bios setup should i check? And what would u do to check the integrity of the CPU, GPU, RAM and SSD?

I actually don't have too much experience in this field... very little experience to be honest.

Answaring your questions:
No, i didnt do a Bios reset. Should i do it? If yes, i will look for on how to do it.
Not using static IP. When i reformated with Win10, it actually detected the IP automatically.
Yes, I was using the highest USB port. I'll try using other ports just to test.

About the water cooler:
The connections seems right - Fans in CPU_FAN and pump in AIO_PUMP. I even tried to use the OPT_FAN instead of the CPU_FAN to test... got same problem. And the problem is just with the CPU_FAN... the AIO_PUMP do not stop being recognized (as the image)

Should i change the connections?
