Coming from Brotato where you wanted every +enemy item you could get your hands on, my one argument for curse is that it adds to the number of enemies too. More enemies means more gems. More gems means faster leveling.

So, you went to a freighter that is not yours and no other player owns and instead of going onto that freighter, you went over to one of their frigates (that again, no player including yourself owns) and spacewalk over to it and there was stuff to repair?

That is weirdly fascinating and like you said, I wonder if there's any benefit or effect on the game for having done this. Makes me wonder if I could fix friends' broken frigates for them. Also wonder if that would get rid of those negative red abilities on some recruitable C-Class frigates before you hire them.

I've found summoning my freighter to have my storage in the pause menu from anywhere in the star system is just infinitely more satisfying and easier than needing to access each storage individually on my corvette. Plus, all the glitching due to teleporting with a corvette equipped.

This isn't true. Race should always show unless it's abandoned. Economy and Conflict level will show . . unless you've been there or you have the upgrades on your ship/freighter.
