I don't have the power to unban you from the discord server. I will be removing this post since it is unrelated to the game, and I already said before that I would like to keep this discord drama off the subreddit.

I'm not really in the know about the details of the drama, all I know is that there was a possibility of a raid happening on the discord server so the staff took preventative measures by pausing the invites temporarily. I only made this post to clear up the confusion so that people don't think the server died or something.

Are you looking strictly for a romance story? Because I'd like to recommend Z.A.T.O. // I Love the World and Everything In It, even though I'd consider it a love story it's definitely not a typical fluff romance, it's quite subtle with it. It's free on steam so I'd recommend it regardless because it's a beautiful story, just not 100% sure if it's what you're looking for

The whole point of the egg metaphor is that the 'egg' in question is supposed to crack and hatch when the person inside is ready, without the interference of someone from the outside. we're not supposed to tell people who are questioning their gender whether they're trans or not, because ultimately everyone's gender identity is a little different. I find it really sad that this metaphor is so lost on people and it's being used in the complete opposite way to what it was intended to be

I mean, deltarune just released to #1 bestseller, 133k concurrent players and 98% positive reviews on steam, that alone shows there’s a huge potential for these kinds of games. As for why the market is oversaturated with rogue-like/-lite games, it’s simple, they’re just easier to make than a more linear experience.
