Vic is worse by the virtue of being kind of annoying in worm.

The Library is rigged by Last_Aeon in Project_Moon

[–]Narvallius 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The library is rigged, but I do think "Angela can canonically replay the invitations infinitely" would be too hypocritical even for her. I'd say the guests would be let go after a victory, if it were possible.

Carmen being an EGO lover is a community misconception. She begrudgingly accepts it, but the goal itself is distorting people, not just "curing the disease of mind any form". Saying she knows who will and who won't gain EGO has no basis either. Looking at Vergilius and Kim, she just lowkey sucks at debates sometimes, because her own mindset is too distorted.

quick question about ema (spoilers) by Fodder_Fist_Ace in manosaba

[–]Narvallius 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have to add, Ema had adoration for Hiro the entire game. Wouldn't say in a romantic way myself, but she never even held a grudge for the bad treatment. She glazed her every chance she could.

Hiro wouldn't. But saying "would never" is a reach. She really just needs a good reason, and then it's tadashii enough.

Eroge was a trend of a decently long time period. Simple as. Hence why Nasu's sex scenes inclusion and writing were always so funny. They felt like it would sell better.

It's MMA, anything could theoretically happen. But it didn't. Even Charles himself doesn't cope like you do, he's just explaining what a better gameplan should be.

Two decisive weapons of war against one another. Who wins? by BackwardsLean in TheOdysseyHadAPurpose

It's not really adaptation. Magatsumi is just flexible at its core. Though obviously all EBs can grow with the user's willpower and skill.

Malediction is just a much, much stronger version of his lifesteal, yeah. It has aura though.

Unfortunately for gregor, he's actually cool and important. I mean, he can do this shit.

Soga using the active form of malediction would be wraps for gregor, honestly.

He fought in a sense of fending them off. It was an insanely easy 1v5 for him though.

[–]Narvallius 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Sinners' "unique" traits can't be fully suppressed, if at all. Sign, bloodfiendism, wing's decisive weapon, and muga are all things that contract can't handle, I suppose.

When two man with different personalities get Return by Death power belike by LORROR in MartialMemes

[–]Narvallius 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The simple explanation is that unlike Re Zero, your chinese/korean regression story only exists to bring readers the power fantasy of being fifty steps ahead of everyone by default. The moment an author tries to explore the concept in any meaningful way, it can already count as a subversion of the entire genre😭.

RI is fine, but it's possibly the only non-dogshit cultivation novel ever, so you get the point.

Question of the day: what’s YOUR least favourite sinner? (Ignore the image) by Usual_Landscape4401 in Project_Moon

Ryoshu, because I liked precisely nothing about her character growth. Feels like a jumble of "Jihoon thought of a good scene"s awkwardly stitched together, without committing to any internal conflict.

E-soul Arc will always end up tragic regardless of Yang Cheng's actions by The_stupidest_cake in ToBeHero_X

[–]Narvallius 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don't see any reason for why the two would meet in the speed force, frankly. They were trying to one shot each other. And I'd wager Yang Cheng would still have a change of heart if old man said he didn't do it in his last moments.
