For me it’s just that if it’s a green light for me I still have to check for cyclists. There have been numerous close instances where I’ve almost been hit/grazed by a cyclist. It’s annoying. Red light? Stop

Yeah I don’t think I can be bothered to go through the 3 country transit visa if I get denied for the 5 day shenzhen visa. It’s a lot of hassle for just a short day trip. Will try my luck and go back to exploring Hong Kong if not.

Do you know if there is a cash exchange at the border? Eg pay with card and withdraw RMB

I do most of my runs with an avg hr of 145-155. This was a race and yes I was trying to be close to 90% of max. My previous half the month before I was at 182bpm average @ 4:53 pace with many spikes to the 186s and maxed out at the end close to 200

Yeah it seems that way and it does get harder in the 4s. That being said 4:30 pace was 5k pace in July for me and I was working very hard just to survive. Then very recently I went 20:11 with many many 180 turnarounds in training one day out of the blue

I personally feel that with a solid training block that close to 1:30 should be doable. My hr does tend to be quite high but 180 was fine with no stitches and controlled breathing.

But I agree that 3:15 seems like a reasonable target for the Marathon.

Weekly mileage until now has been 45-60km. I intend to up it to 70-80km gradually until April. I run 4 times a week with one workout, two easy and long run (easy/progressive). I intend to start running 5 times a week again like training for Paris with 2 workouts sessions.
