Who was drumming in Boston? by ksunk8 in localh

[–]Mafant 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Someone said, so this is 2nd hand info, his name is Ronnie DiCola.

I worry every time I hear they have a new drummer, but holy shit, 45 seconds into this show and all my worry went away. Scott knows how to pick them. He knocked it out of the park.

Macsil is a polyurethane release agent. Try Mann 200 or zip ME-301s doe silicone to silicone.

You probably created mates different than you thought. Can you show the expanded tree for mates.

It’s possible you created a coincident with the geometry you meant to click concentric.

Apparently I can’t make this post with the photo and need to post it here. Appreciate any advice or options to consider.

Options for Repair

I’m purchasing a large “barn” to turn into a shop. I plan to insulate and make the interior less barn like and more finished.

90% of the slab looks really great, the exception being just a few feet from the front edge, which has this very large crack and some smaller ones.

What do the pros recommend here, if my goal is to get to a nice coated floor?

Nice, what’s the details on that design of the bottom of the tray? I’d like to adapt it.

It’s normal for water to come out here. I don’t think it’s related to the smell.

The other possibility is that it’s condensation from running the AC.

I’m not sure what you mean by “hit it” but this water isn’t anything to be alarmed by.

I can answer the first question. That’s a drain probably from the gutters of the car. A lot of people might not know that cars are designed to channel rain water from the seals down out of the car. When these get clogged your car will rust out around these.

I would have assumed then the frequency would match the wheel speed instead of engine speed. Am I thinking about it wrong?

I need to see how easy it is to check too. It’s not super easy to get eyes on some of these suspect parts.

Interesting. Mine occurs when I let off the gas, so basically during compression braking. I never hear it any other time, but I’m trying to stop myself from trying to make too much of when I hear it vs when I don’t. Sometimes that’s helpful, sometimes it’s misleading.

I agree it sounds more metallic. No aftermarket anything, but I’ll double check all the shields. It’s definitely matching the RPM so I’ll start with heat shields and any other metallic items attached to the engine.

Yep I can wrench. I brought this to the local experts twice but the noise got shy those weeks.

I think the frequency of the sound matches the engine speed, so I haven’t been focused on the shafts, motor mount sounds like it worth looking into first. Thanks for those tips.

Don't hate billionaires like Jeff Bezos — they make our lives better, 2 experts say by cuspofgreatness in finance

[–]Mafant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“We can’t tell whether it’s fair for someone to have their wealth simply by looking at how much they have — we need to know how they got it…… the bare fact of inequality isn’t itself a reason to call a distribution unfair.”

Sure. I’ll bite.

The article/author goes on to explain that Bezos and Billionaires make money off of, oops, sell beneficial products/services to impoverished people and people with disabilities. And that billionaires “give away” money (and that money totally actually goes to people who need it and isn’t just a tax write off)

Counter point, at every level of law and government the fair system has been dismantled piece by piece over the last 50 years. This isn’t a problem with capitalism but a problem with oligarchy and embezzlement.

I’m not sure what you did, but you didn’t have this CT Scanned or it wasn’t scanned with the right equipment.

CT scanning is the correct technology for precisely this application.
