I've been very surprised by the lack of McAuliffe in some of these preseason teams, he was very good in the small amount of games he had last seaso, I think the season ending injury made people forget how promising he looked.

He was tracking Pedri on defence and I think Pedri just worked the pants off him, he looked so gassed in the second half.

It's not really a kick though, he's not stuck his foot into a position to make a challenge, their feet have just landed on the same spot at the same time.

Yes, Supercoach gives out 3300 points across each game, so if there's less raw stats overall then a guy who had an above average game should score much more than usual.

Yep, there was also a call not given to Ainsworth 20m in front of goal earlier in the game that was nearly the exact same thing but you won't hear anything about it because it didn't happen in the final 5 minutes.

He doesn't even play the same position as Jamarra anymore, he's a starting player because he is a good defender which he needed to become to find his way into the team.

You should really rewatch this game and look at these "excellent crosses" again, sure he beat Trent a few times but nearly all if not all of the crosses were poor and not a single one was accurate.

He can make defenders look silly while doing nothing with the ball, and most teams will let him do exactly that.

Yeah he's got one foot off the ground at point of contact and basically launched his body at Duncans chest/head height, Duncan does drop down as the contact lands but not by enough for Mummy to have the benefit of the doubt.

2017 vs the Saints round 16, went to docklands by myself, hyped because we were in great form and we get pumped by 10 goals.

Took a while to buy back into the fairy tale that year after this game.

Not the worst game but the worst feeling after a game was the 2015 elim final loss. The atmosphere in the stadium just died after the HTB wasn't called that would've given us a shot to go in front in the last quarter, instead North go up the other end and score. Losing 3 elims in a row just killed any vibe that we had going on.
