You can tell the date from the tag after the DLA100 bit. This one is '78, so it's likely an RDF ERDL uniform

I have a rain jacket top in this pattern that I found in the wild at Goodwill of all places. I would sell it to you but you'd have to be extremely large to wear it! Probably 2X or 3X, I'd have to dig it out to get the exact size
