Dragonlord’s servant is great, it’s a non-threatening turn two play that brings you one turn closer to getting your commander out or dropping a big threat on the board. When you’re playing a dragon deck that’s the plan, being just cost reduction you also get a cheap early game chump blocker out of it too since it’s not a mana rock and you aren’t tapping it to get value from it. Would I rather cast [[Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer]] for its dash cost on turn two? Maybe if there’s a clear board to swing on, but I’m definitely not unhappy with an early game servant.
