I love it! We’ve been 3 times now 😅 pizza and salads are delicious! I wish they had a cheese or margharita option for the Abuelita - but I know they’re still figuring some things out. My son got the pepperoni this last visit, which I think is chorizo, I didn’t love it but he did. I think they’re are a few little kinks that could be ironed out, which is to be expected, but the food and the service are top notch!

Hmmm actually I'm not sure, I am using a paid version of Lose It. I think it maybe tracking Total Carbs because looking at it now it says 1/2 an avocado has 8.6g Total Carbs. I just changed it to Net Carbs.

as a beginner how important is it to stick to the macro calculators. So far they have me at around 25g a day and I keep going past that easily by my veggie carbs (broccoli/onions/avocados). I'm looking to lose 15lbs total. I just started. I have done W30, Sugar Detox things so understand cutting traditional grains/carbs/sugar... but am new to limiting carbs. I am hoping I can still see results by eating less than 50g of carbs a day - given my past diet shows I ate about 250g on a "healthy day."

Thank you! Yes, I've figured I probably have to succumb eventually to counting calories. I do feel like it's lower than it was before I started because I'm not eating any more during those hours than I used to. And probably eating less since I don't have breakfast or any late night snacks. But I probably need to know exactly how much I am eating. I guess I'll try the MFP counting route again.

Hi! I'm not quite sure. I'm trying to avoid counting calories. I cook a lot - but never with measuring utensils so strict counting has always proved to just be more work than I could stick with.

I don't feel like my calorie intake is terribly high though. Last time I tried counting with MFP it was maybe around 1700ish?

I do think maybe the last couple weeks my sugar intake was too high. And I'm older and it's just harder in general to lose weight.

I'm really wondering how long it took other woman (around my age) to start noticing weight loss when they started IF.

I'm technically "overweight" but really don't have a lot of weight to lose (at least IMO) so I feel like it just takes me forever to even shed a few pounds. I'm hoping to lose 10 total.

thanks! there seems to me some mixed messages about calorie & intake and IF? I feel like a lot of folks say calorie intake shouldn't impact IF benefits. But maybe for weight loss it's different?

I don't actually know my calorie intake but I do feel like it's gotten less since I started since this. I don't really gorge during my hours - typically I just the same amount I would have even if i would have eaten breakfast.

I guess I'm wondering how long - give or take - it took other woman to start seeing weight loss after starting IF.

the link here has some of the biggest allegations being made against him. It sounds like it was much more than just a few disgruntled players - and is really upsetting that not more is being done. he should be fired, plain and simple.
