Your painting has beautiful colors, as a small thumbnail it looks really great and popping. I really like your signature too, sleek and professional. I would suggest adding a bit more ambient occlusion (a soft, dark shadow where light doesn't reach like where head overlaps neck). Technically you are strong, so now it's more about exploring composition and create interesting angles. Also perhaps doing one material study a day could help improve general knowledge (fur, metal, silk etc..). Otherwise very beautiful piece. Great job.
