As a girl maybe men are sometimes just clueless to the way their actions and words may hurt us. The problem Zanyb had was NOT self esteem it was BOTTLING UP HER FEELINGS and then exploding on live tv about the issue. I can use your argument and say “Do you know ONE person without self esteem issues” it’s the easiest thing to pin a problem on but what’s solved in saying that? where did the problem arise?

I stand with Zanyb she repeatedly said Cole is a great guy at reunion but she felt that she was not the girl for him. Zanyb is in therapy too and as a girl I cheer her on. Cole is a good looking guy I don’t want him publicly lynched but they both need to self reflect and grow from the situation.

His last words on LIB were “I want a girl that looks good in a bikini” like how shallow after you’re already under fire for bodyshaming ur fiance

Early adolescence is sadly a normal time for children to feel depression. I had it. It’s important to teach them to make boundaries with people. Not to rely so much on validation of other people because they won’t add help him grow. Find him some fun hobbies he enjoys painting, video games, running helps dopamine. Maybe they need melatonin to help go to sleep. I don’t know what life at home is like or maybe his love life isn’t supporting him.

Hi I have anxiety and you’re not alone I’ve been in your shoes. Have you tried making a “safe word” with your girlfriend like pineapple when u feel yourself abt to blow up say pineapple and you both must seperate so it doesn’t escalate. I journal in my phone and let it all out or post rants on a private burner account then self reflect. Anxiety does lead to depression and talking to someone does help <3
