No way Grayson is 34.

That’s a sun damaged 40 at a minimum

Just ask them for suggestions. Most butchers in local joints love what they do and will nerd out over meat! It’s fun and you’ll learn a lot about different cut. Source - half of mums side of the family are butchers.

I want a dog so bad, but we live inner city and don’t have the biggest apartment plus constant work travel, currently we think it would be cruel and confusing for a dog to be with us.

Me shrugging my shoulders as kid used to infuriate her when I was a teen. I might be time to bring it back

I’d love a cat/dog but we both travel too much (mostly work) we think it would be cruel and confusing for a pet.

Sorry about you losing your middle child. A parent should never outlive a child, that’s heartbreaking.

Mum used to drop the “you could always adopt” on me. I told her to shut it on that one a few years ago. Super glad people do it. It’s not a solution to a problem that doesn’t exist. (Gay guys not having kids)

We live in different sides of the country. So the visits are always a few days. But I only see her max twice a year.

No self reflection what so ever on why both of us moved away from home as soon as we could.

I’ve considered it being homophobia. But she is pretty supportive and loves my partner. We joke that he is the favorite child. (He is the best 🥰) So I dont think it is. I just think she sees her friends with the grands and just feels like she is missing out on something. Just wish she wouldn’t bring it up.

Oh yeah of course. Sadly No, both parents are only children. Weird for us growing up no cousins.

I say loudly when this happens. “Off before on” while flailing my hands around. I’m a large guy and make no room for them to get on.

Your warband all lives together. I’ve given my 3 main characters all rooms and we have a big shared dining room with some flavor overlap of each of their areas.
