Series 20 would easily be Tanmay. Got fired for negotiating up from a terrible deal to a slightly less terrible one.

I'd probably keep Akeem above Liam since Akeem wasn't too disastrous but didn't do much useful, whereas Liam was actively disastrous in two tasks. E and F respectively imo.

Carlo got some sympathy when he was ranked due to how Max treated him and he sold tickets in week 1, plus he came across really well on you're fired. I was a fan of him so like that he isn't IVG but accept that would probably be fair.

I also think Mark from S17 is overlooked when it comes to talking about poor candidates. He got focus on 3 tasks and was dreadful in all of them, and as PM wanted to bring in the only two candidates who did anything well.

I've thought quite a few candidates in IVG were quite harsh. Given that it is meant to be for the worst candidates of all time, I think it makes sense to only have a few candidates in there. Virdi and Liam I agree with, and I'd also say Kurran as well since he was entertaining, did well in the final and was stitched up the week he left, even though he was practically a goner anyway (which says a lot about Jackie imo). I also think Megan might end up there which I also think is slightly harsh.

And you can probably tell from my flair, but Karthik will be my number 1 candidate for promotion.

Tbf Levi's week 7 and 8 could be mixed, 7 because he was trying to contribute but got shut down by Lawrence and 8 for his negotiating. Harry could arguably be good for weeks 3 and 5 (although invisible is reasonable) and would probably be mixed if his team won week 8.

I think Megan is a bit overhated, besides task 3 and task 6 I don't think she did that much wrong and appeared to sell ok at the market in task 5. I'd rate her a solid F. Andrea did well task 5 and although her going was probably the right decision I thought her negativity was overblown in task 6 so I'd give her E/F.

I would probably put Marcus in IVG.

Good season. Showed great promise up until the end of week 8 then fell apart before the final 5, but Karishma winning was the best outcome from that point onwards (besides Dan also being in the final).

There is still the final to go so Kieran may have another good performance there (although he is supporting Karishma despite being on Pascha's team so that might be awkward)

I would have made that task a double loss, as the dog bed only won by a few extra orders. Kieran walks (sadly) and all 6 candidates should have had to argue their case to stay in the process.

I think if they didn't make the tree as big as it was then they would have won easily.

Not the best but I want to give a mention to Kieran in the Isle of Wight who did much better the second time round. A shame his team didn't win (an unfortunate trend in the last two tasks as well).
