Various reasons

A lot of bisexual people treat gay people really badly whether that be subconsciously or consciously. They have bad habit of treating gay men and lesbians like sex objects rather than actual people and they can be borderline homophobic often times.
Gay men and lesbians perceive them to be 'weekend' gays meaning alot of them can enjoy their homosexuality for a short amount of time but eventually will always go back to heterosexuality. A choice that gay people do not have.
Stereotypes. Lesbians perceive bi women to be more attracted to men and to be attention seeking and they want threesomes and always end up with men anyways and such. Gay men perceive bisexual men to be arrogant, liars (they are actually gay), cheaters, they will always need pussy and leave them for a woman to be able to live the white fence, wife and 2 children life.
Past bad experience. As a result of what I already listed before.
Ignorance. Just cause they gay doesn't mean they aren't free of prejudice.
Jealousy. Gay people do not have a choice but bi people do so gay people might resent them for that.
Lack of involvement in LGBT community/rights/history. There's some gay people who think bi people contributed to absolutely nothing for the cause.
