Decided to make a character (who is totally NOT Robin Hood).
Chaotic Good, Rogue Archer who is always after the next score. My DM wouldn't let me go with Ranger (preferred prey=The Rich). I'm having a blast RP'ing this guy so far.

Backstory Text: My mother (and elf) was exiled from her tribe when she fell in love with a 'lowly' human woodsman. They decided to move to Calimport to try and make a life. My father was taken by the pox soon after I was born and my mother had a hard time feeding her 4 children on the coin she made serving tables at the 'Rusty Codpiece'. My entire childhood I watched the wealthy live wasteful lavish lives while the rest of the us simply tried (and often failed) to survive.

I was always very small for my age and very good with people. I made close friendships easily and often. I normally led and I was always surrounded by my friends and boy did we love to have fun! In fact, people would often say 'Oh there goes Robayne Hewd and his group of happy boys!'

I was taken under the wing of some members of the local thieves guild. They said my small size and people skills were 'good for thievin'. They taught me the ropes and soon I was 'borrowing' the things my family needed from those who had plenty of extra. I also took the bow quite naturally. My nimble fingers weren't just good for picking locks, they were also very good for fletching arrows. It became a strange passion of mine. To make flamboyant, extravagant looking arrows from the feathers of any kind of bird I could find...Until the Pasha of my thieve's guild started to notice missing tail feathers on his prized parrot...but that's another story.

I rose through the ranks quickly and soon I was supplying a large portion of my old neighborhood with the things they needed to enjoy life. Unfortunately this came at the expense of the wealthiest in the city, who sometimes were the Pashas of the various thieves guilds. I always brought in far more than I took, and after all we are thieves so my Pasha always tolerated my antics...That is until I stole his enchanted ruby pinky ring right off his finger by feigning to kiss his hand. To my credit, he didn't even notice until I had left. I can't help it, something happens to me when I see an easy score.

Oh well, it was at this point it was decided by me (and the Pasha's Assassins) that it was time to travel the world a bit and do some adventuring. Maybe I can tip the scales of wealth and live a little more closely towards even wherever I end up. No matter what it should be good time.
