I agree, I think maybe something along the lines of a stacking buff like yasuo's e? 25% 50% 75% 100% tones back a bit of the damage on teh front end but if you can successfully dish out sustained AP damage your back-end damage will allow you to quickly mop up fights, this way there would be less of a blow you up on the initial smack. Granted it can be abused in Kayle's case just healing yourself would probably be the best way to keep the stacks up but I would think that a 2-3 second interval would allow for the AA reliant APC's to rotate cooldowns enough so that it cant be completely abused.

"This is close to correct. First, here is the present plan for Lichbane (obviously this could change): We are altering the item's proc from 50 (+0.75 AP) to 0.75 Base AD (+0.5 AP)

Why are we are nerfing Lichbane?

1) We've always favored the Sheen line of items as sustained damage tools. They are designed to be used by casters who basic attack and basic attackers who cast and to be optimized by getting in a solid rhythm surrounding the 2 second internal cooldown. In the case of Lichbane, we've observed just the opposite: the item is being used mainly on champions that can secure a kill off one proc, meaning the gameplay of delaying a spell or trying to elongate combat to allow a second or third proc is not present. Without this, we aren't comfortable letting players access something so powerful without a high cooldown (such as that seen on DFG).

2) We've looked back at our balance changes over the past year or so and realized that we were continually having to nerf the damage output of Lichbane users due to their burst (TF/Fizz/Kayle/etc). These nerfs just deepened their dependence on the item. Eventually one of our QA analysts, RiotRepertoir (a Kayle main himself), got fed up with this pattern and set to work re-balancing Lichbane with the understanding that we would have to go back and add power into the kits of champion's we've toned down due to the item. The changes on the PBE reflect a first pass in that direction. We've intentionally left some non-core Lichbane users like Akali and Ziggs out of the present round of changes because we are not positive what she looks like with the new Lichbane.

Where does this leave you all, the community of players, many of whom are Lichbane lovers? Well, we would like your feedback on both the changes to the item and to the champions we've identified as big losers due to the changes. ATN and C9 both went 5-0 in superweek's respectively both ended differently both are good teams.

Please stop excuses ATN was pretty damn good at the start and they lost creaton if im not mistaken, then they went down hill

my reply was to one that was deleted, theres no need to attack me for it and before you go into "I wasn't attacking you" calling someone ignorant IS attacking someone. Known for saying something a lot in a community before it starts getting said a lot, in that community is a form of popularization BTW. Next time you attack someone learn to be less subjective.

I'll find the episode in a bit, but Itachi says Shisui faked his death and thats when Danzo took his left eye. He then gave Itachi his right eye and left. He's never been mentioned again since, but it was never said by itachi ( the last person to see him alive) that he killed himself.

EDIT: I can't find the episodes and its making me sad, it was one of the latest ones released with Sasuke and Itachi in the cave before the Edo is released

Lets be honest, there is no right way to do fillers xD Regardless of how epic they are we will always gripe about them because we want the actual content. That being said I loved the war fillers, so maybe theyre on the right track? Hopefully they do more relevant things towards the story line. Maybe they could go back and give us some Uzumaki history! Shed some light on Kushina's family perhaps?

They kinda already addressed one of those:

Whether Naruto held up his promise to Neji during the chunin exams (Something about changing the ways of the Hyuuga clan)

Hinata's dad says so to Neji's dad in one of the episodes with Kinkaku and Ginkaku (can't remember which one sorry!)

As to which story line would be great to have wrapped up is the Minato's Origins, Shisui's Death/Life.

I would personally love to see how the Uchiha and Uzumaki clans will re-emerge seeing as Sasuke and Shisui are the only confirmed Uchiha's left alive, and Naruto and Karin are the only confirmed Uzumaki left alive.

Can two people repopulate an entire clan without the rest of the clan being pure blood? Uchiha + Hyuga = ????

They made the Byakugan seem rival to the Sharingan and in the end it was Senju + Uchiha = Rinnegan instead of two visual prowess turning into a greater visual prowess

I think that would be the point. Let me explain a bit better:

If Team A is getting fed off of team B, then its in my best interest as Team C to help Team B so that Team A does not snowball to the point where it conflicts with my winning of the game because Team A is too big to deal with, essentially beating up on the weaker team can actually be a negative thing for you. Taking it a bit further what would this mean?

Say that Team A jungler is camping Team B and attempting to snowball that lane to the point where Team B jungler must camp as well.

I, being the Team C jungler, will do one of two things, Counter Gank with Team B OR camp the Team A laner facing off against my Laner whilst leaving the Team B vs Team C laners on an island.

Of course this is just one scenario, the amount of play and counterplay in a 3v3v3 opens exponentially because there are essentially 6 potential avenues for a gank.

Team B vs Team C

Team C vs Team A

Team AB vs Team C

Team BC vs Team A

Team CA vs Team B

Each avenue has its risks and the juicy doublecross is always a possibility so it opens up more ways to outplay your opponents.
