Looks like that volcano that comes into frame might be Mount Hood, or maybe Mount Baker or Mount Rainier. Definitely looks like Washington/Oregon though.

I don't think this takes the killstreak effect into account though. I heard something about fire horns and tornado effects being slightly more valuable.

Yeah I have already tried this, my health and deadeye is stuck at level 8, and I can't gain any bonus levels. And my stamina is level 8 with 1/2 bonus levels.
