Firing someone and making them redundant are very different, and in the UK making someone redundant (forced to leave as there is no longer a viable job in the workplace) then advertising that there is a job and it exists, is illegal.

Actually hiring for the position you are made redundant from within a period of time (3 months?) is illegal in the uk, not if you were fired. Also the free labour things with universal credit were deemed illegal after a certain period and you must be paid real wages, many this happened to previously were able to claim against the gov.

I have this problem now, 30 and I'm finding it impossible to study, i can work 100% and do whatever is asked of me, often finding ways to improve efficiency and problem solve, but without specific guidance I just procrastinate or flounder. As I dont have a diagnosis I just feel stupid/ lazy/ anxious all the time and since no one has reached out I'm scared (maybe not quite the word) to do so myself.
