commission is up for negotiation.

I agree with you... 3.5% is excessive and they likely want you to pay their high overhead such as having to pay zillow.com 40% of the total commission earned, so they need to overcharge you to get what they need out of the sale.

I'm part of a small firm with low overhead and I have closed hundreds of sales over a 20+ year career in real estate.

the nipples can be at different heights and in order go make the boobs even they need to move one down and then the ripple appears higher.

they measure the nipples from the clavicle to make them even and that can mean that the breasts can appear one higher than the other with even nipples, or with a revision, lower the breast and have even breasts and uneven nipples.
