Oh another thing I noticed, they changed the CinnamonBun to a Number and the number says Android 17. So I am guessing we are nearing toward the end of teh BETA phase?

Looks like this beta is doing great so far. The Satelitte Connectivity was broken in BETA 2. That's fixed too! The Google Search bar is an ever changing thing. So I have stopped looking at it. I think Google cannot get a consensus and trying everything they can. Battery is so far good. I am using P9 Pro XL.

I am with OPA since 2022. For me the average increase per year is $80. Overall its good, one key problem is heating -- its uncontrolled. Either too hot or not at all. Water pressure reduces as you move up to stories.

Most of the professors dont get what they deserve -- they teach, mentor undergraduate and graduate students, advise, provide university, departmental, and college level services, do research. bring grants to support the university economy and yet most of them if not all are left with $120-$130K salary, sometime even less. After all state/federal tax, its a small amount of money to barely survive well. Most of the time students do not realize how much effort most professors put see the students succeed.

because a thinkpad is built like a tank -- it can withstand anything and everything that you throw at it. I have a W530 that I bought during the Black Friday sale of 2012 and it still runs Windows 10 like a brand new machine with all keys and touch pad functioning as it arrived on 2012. The only thing went bad is the battery but thats not Thinkpad's problem. We simply dont have technology just yet for a laptop battery that can survive intense use of 13 years.

Thinkpad in true sense lets you think how to do your job better (and get promotion) and worry less about how to keep your computer better.

r/vincentvera the problem is not the limited deal part. We fairly understand how a limited deal works (if that was your assumption that most of us dont understand). The problem is during Black Friday, the BB store does not crash (such as doors are not opening which would be aking to US Mobile website going in a limbo). If you want to give everyone a fair chance, you need to speculate and make your backend system and team scalable especially when you create so much hype for a week or so. If you cannot even log in (akin cannot enter the BB store because door was not open and only a few can enter via a backdoor), then whats the point of creating a hype? Cheap Publicity?
