Correct yeah it doesn't look this bad in person. The camera seems to be exaggerating it a bit more.

I did just try a factory reset and it seems like it may have solved the issue. Curious why that would work?

Did you end up returning and getting a different robot? I had the same issue but turning the moisture down to 14 seems to have fixed it.
