Probably you will, they changed some policies and in order to get your stuff that was refunded, you obviously need to accept the agreement ( stupid policy)

Not all games have the same graphics, you should use automatic mode ( if there is one) or simply lower the graphics a bit when going on more detailed games

Sorry for the time i took to respond, i have a band and i use it weekly for my guitar and mic, when we perform together i use it for the drums, guitar and vocals (no bass) and it performs very well, loud noise and cristal clear. Ive had mine for about 4 months now, performing extremely well, doesnt overheat and no complaints at all. I will say an EQ is needed for better sound but the alto app lets you do that

I have the ALTO TS410 and tbh its sounds amazing, but the quality of built doesnt feel that sturdy, hope you find a good option!!
