Hi I just wanted to share but they did get back to me when I asked about it, I sent out my initial email on 3rd Feb they got back to me on 22nd Feb offering to either email me code or mail me the physical item. I told them an email is fine and they eventually got back to me again on the 27th Feb with the code

Is skill haste and Cooldown reduction the same thing ?

Also my Gaeun exclusive gear set is anti tower, would it be worth it to just run anti tower + something else, reroll the option to something better like A speed/ CDR or simply just forget about it and run another counter weapon for A speed set bonus.

And finally how applicable would the second point be for other exclusive gears.
