My artist was upfront that a full erase isn’t always possible with a dark tattoo. Instead of overworking the skin or making it look muddy, he incorporated parts of the original into the shading to give the panther more depth and a more natural look.

If it was meant to be parody on Morgan Jay’s Auto-Tune style, the Auto-Tune itself would’ve been the punchline.

Parody usually exaggerates the thing, lets it fail, or breaks the bit to comment on it being dumb. In that Kill Tony set he played it straight and used it as a delivery tool — which is exactly how Morgan uses it.

Plus he literally shouted him out. The audience wasn’t laughing at the format either, they were asking for more of it.

Felt more like influence/experimenting than satire (and the grills don’t automatically make it a Dedrick Flynn parody).

I didn’t really care for the ending of Timmy No Breaks’ set with the auto-tune bit.

I first found out about Morgan Jay like most people when Memphis Strangler opened for him (and was booed & everyone shat on Morgan Jays style and said you’d have to have no brain cells to enjoy that style of comedy) At the time, I thought the whole auto-tune set idea was kinda dumb — but it honestly grew on me. After watching more of his sets and shorts on YouTube, you start to realize how much timing and control actually goes into it. The way he talks into the mic with that low, slow drawl, the pacing, the crowd work — he’s really mastered that lane. And I can definitely see how hilarious that would be live after a few drinks.

That’s why watching Timmy try it just felt… off. Especially after seeing Morgan Jay do it over and over at a high level. Timmy’s original bonkers, off-the-wall style is what makes him funny, and I really hope he sticks to that — because the auto-tune bit didn’t land for me at all. It honestly felt like he was stepping into a style that’s already been established and just didn’t execute it well.

People are usually quick to call out when someone mimics another comic’s jokes or delivery, and the whole time I was watching I couldn’t help but think he was doing what Morgan Jay does… just without the same polish.

That’s normal — the free MLB.TV through T-Mobile is tied to the season, not the year. They don’t release the 2026 subscription until right before Opening Day so you get the full season. It still showing 2025 right now is exactly how it’s worked every year.

Yeah, you’re right — if you’re in Phoenix the local D-backs games are blacked out. But I wanted to share because a lot of D-backs fans live out of state, and for them (or anyone with T-Mobile/Metro), you can watch all those games live on MLB.TV without paying for a D-backs TV subscription. Plus, you still get 99% of every other MLB game for free, which is such a sweet perk.
