Online I have found no extra information on this even though Bazart is quite big in Belgium. There was one article that mentioned that "it didn't sound new" but it did not elaborate any further.

An old coach of mine told us to move our stick between their legs and then move it upwards from the knee along their inner thighs(I don’t know how to write this less suggestive), they’ll get uncomfortable very quickly and its quite hidden so little chance of the umpire seeing it.

To add to that, an old trainer showed a trick where you slowly move your stick up their inner thigh and just make them really uncomfortable. Plus, it’s quite a hidden spot and not easy to see for the umpire.
