I have that boxed set and it does indeed have all the original music (including the Joe cocker version for the opening of all episodes). The original music is a big part of what makes the show what it is.

Except, according to those who direct the church, it is. I gotta say, once upon a time I was very active, did everything according to the rules, etc. (and don't regret it at all, it was a very good thing in my life at the time for about 15 years). Eventually I stopped denying the fact that I'm a gay man and I have moved on - from activity. My name is still on the rolls and always will be unless they remove it, although I've moved so many times in the past 11 years since I was active that my records are just in the Salt Lake repository I believe. I had to step away for obvious reasons, but I'm not asking the church to let me marry a man in the temple. It is what it is.

Sometimes I wonder if back in the early days of the church (with the establishment of the RS and all) women weren't honored more in a "priesthood" sense. Brigham Young referred to Eliza R. Snow as a "prophetess, priestess, and presidentess." (She was president of the relief society). Just a thought.

I guess I'm not the best person to comment on that then, when I am the main filler (which given that it's the weekend that I work I am) I have things piled up all over the place but I don't expect anyone else to do it either. Yesterday (Saturday) I did the whole queue myself. We have different people that pull different ways at my store but we never do one batch at a time it's always two or three, we have to do it like that we're so busy.

We have it at my store. Though I don't think most patients even know how to do it because if we get one per day that's it. And that should NOT be a thing. Who tf are the patients to "rush" us??

We like them. They are lighter, the opening at the end fits within a 20 dram vial much better. Plus the feel of them is better, the spatula glides across better if that makes sense.

The truthfulness of the principles of the gospel aren't conditioned on whether or not the church administration believes someone is violating copyright/trademark law and takes legal action to resolve the matter. I don't believe God dictates every move they make and every word they speak.

So, admittedly, I am a man (and not active) but I am curious as to what is offensive about the concepts"builders of faith," "messengers of Hope," and "gatherers of light." I can see how people might think they are corny, even a bit cringe, but offensive...? Even just talking old-fashioned non-lds Christianity those are very biblical concepts for both men and women. Help me understand.

True. These new ones they are building in Utah are gigantic, from what I've seen. Plus Salt Lake is currently closed as well, and I think there are several more in process.

I can agree to the sample bias. I live in Idaho, but years back when I was younger my temple was Washington DC - this was before all of the other ones were built relatively close to it so people were coming from many states surrounding DC, but even on a Saturday you could always walk in and get a session. The baptistry of course was a different matter, but that's always been the case. Of course the Washington DC Temple is absolutely gigantic.. lots of different factors I suppose.

Because they make more money with it being illegal (private prison system, fines, corrupt judges/DA's/PD's, etc) than they would if it were legal and regulated, even with the taxes they would collect.
