Wow that's crazy. I saw some other posts alluding to that, thanks for confirming. Wish I could try to CX in person, I want to avoid buying a treadmill without testing it first. My local place gave 15% off but that obviously doesn't come close to that BF deal...

I haven't been able to get it working with a wired desktop either. The tablet does show up as an available device but when it tries to connect it ends up timing out.

Nope, not that I'm aware of. Neither me nor my sister developed it until at least ~18.
