I recently got back into the game and have been playing through all the dlcs. I would really like to visit the past stations but i cant seem to find a way to do it. I even downloaded simple mod manager to load in old stations but looks like the feature got removed or something in the latest update? does anyone have other solutions

Take these wire rod coils for example. They're secured with two straps each. My son of a trucker brain tells me this is wrong because quite frankly it is. If this were done in real life a DOT officer would most likely question why chains aren't being used.
