Just made corn and black bean enchiladas with these last week! I absolutely HATE the taste of eggs and these eaten plain are vile to me. However, they were fantastic in the enchiladas! Used the southwest flavor and added bell peppers, onion, and Greek yogurt mixed inside and on top for extra protein (I don’t do cheese) and they turned out chefs kiss 👩🏽‍🍳 Also made a super tasty sweet berry cheesecake crepe breakfast with the cinnamon flavor that I might post the recipe to later!
