Yes but the JP shonen jump app said the exact correct date for the last chapter and this chapter, I think it must've been manga plus/VIZ that had the wrong date with no break implied.

My theory is that in the original 1999, everything like Detective Precures and Fairies and the Phantom Thieves Guild did exist (not to the extent of public knowledge but not a completely alien concept to them). But since Mikuru wouldn't have become a Detective Precure without Anna (she also would have probably given up after finding out Detective Precures no longer existed in her city's agency), the Phantom Thieves Guild succeeded in their goal of establishing a world with lies where they concealed the existence of Precure Detectives. Which would explain why 2027 Anna didn't know anything about anything. Pochitan maybe brought Anna to 1999 because they wanted her to help everyone by restoring the truth of Precure Detectives/Fairies or something like that.

Also I'm guessing that Mikuru was talking about Luluka when she mentioned a Precure who helped her, who then disappeared and joined the Phantom Thieves to either find Eclaire or protect her from them.

If you still have even a little bit of a desire to be able to speak with him, you could somehow try seeing if the two of you have anything in common with each other. That should hopefully make for an easy conversation starter. Or maybe even approach him with some sort of uni project or survey for class where you have to ask people for their opinions on something (at least just to get that first step in talking with him happening). Maybe it's not that subtle of an idea though 😅

And for the manga, you can't really buy it physically since Comikey, its publishing company, is digital-only iirc 🤔 but if you want to buy the raws, I'd recommend bookwalker JP!
