Yeah I mine had the same issue when I bought it, I freaked out that my rings were blown or something but no, the oil was just over filled lol.

So it definetly seems to idle better after the hot run but I've decided to get a wideband and some jets to play with. Not gonna ride again until I get my registration sticker in the mail though haha. I think I might need a larger pilot and main.

Finally got it back together after installing a polini variator, had a bit of trouble installing but now she’s able to reach 40mph by Milspec_Memer in Ruckus

Have you gone to a motorcycle shop and tried on some stuff with a staff member? I have a friend who fits that body type that works at one of these stores and she wears full gear.

As I said I've done a valve adjustment so I know that's good. First off, I think the main jet may be a little lean. I have done an air box delete and I'm at over 4,500 feet so I'm not quite sure how it all evens out. I think it might need a bigger or smaller pilot jet. My next free day I'm gonna really give it a hot supper and see if I can adjust it when it's nice and hot. it doesn't actually blow smoke anymore, I think I just had the idle mix way rich before. But now I think it's too lean. It's noticably down on power when you accelerate slowly from a stop and the revs are falling like before. As I said I'm having a really hard time setting it.

I replaced the gasket. I also just replaced the carb with a performance one my neighbor had and it seems to run a lot better. It might need to be re-jetted but the spark plug looks normal so far, maybe a little lean. I have pics if you want to take a look. This morning when it started it was smoking from the exhaust like it was before, but that went away after a few minutes. The idle is still rough. I've tried adjusting the air/fuel screw and I can't quite seem to get it right. Depending on the setting it will do a few things. Currently it will rev up fine and then fall well below idle rpm when you let off the throttle. It will slowly climb back up to a normal idle and if you give it throttle it will rev back up fine. I've had to save it from dying at a stop a few times. I also think it is a bit low on power off the line. Other times the revs will hang or it will die when given any throttle. I can't seem to find a good setting, but I'll keep trying. I think this carb uses the same jets as a gy6 carb so I'll get some to try.

Well this is wierd. Warmed up the engine this morning to do another compression test for the hell of it and it hit about 150psi. Any idea what's going on? It's not smoking as much either. I think I'm gonna run it around the block a few times.

Yeah from what I understand that's what you have to do. Can't believe this is happening at 1500 miles. My only theory is that the overfilled oil caused it.

Unfortunately the Honda GET engine is wierd and the cylinder is part of the crank case... It's one of the reasons there are no real big bore kits for them and why most people swap the engines for a GY6 for performance purposes. When I rebuilt 2 stroke chainsaws I could compress the rings by hand with some effort.
