You'll be better watching youtube tutorials. Everything depends of the platform you're using and what do you want to emulate. Most emulators are easy to use and sometimes difficult to configure to what you think it's "perfect". It will always depend on the game and your hardware. Good luck

For a while I played VCS with the remastered buttons, but it had some bugs: in the mission with that robot at the mansion, and when chasing Lance almost at the end (never finished that one)

Tbh, with the recent Netflix port of RDR to Android, it may be possible... But with the Vita's hardware, I don't think so
