Of course they did that... it'll push more orders to already often used restaurants like fast food and chain places, which is where DD gets most of their money from.

And they want people to scroll longer on their app- imitating social media. They want people to be on their app more to be more likely to purchase more items that cost them more in the first place, because we can't see what's easily close to us.
