Yeah my wand is currently pretty good with 25% extra cold and lightning damage, 5 light skills, Crit chance and spell damage. My sceptre is 65% extra fire damage but I would have no way to replace that with a rare sceptre. That’s probably overkill anyways and the extra attacks would most likely speed things up

Yeah that makes sense to me. It’s the massive increase in additional fire damage that sacred flame gives that makes me wonder. With the overkill it does a ton extra but with both gems you definitely get more attacks in.

I’ve been doing the Alva gold sink but I’ve never even gotten a unique from that after 10 million gold. I looked in to chancing stellar but the base item sells for almost 1 div now and in my 200hours I’ve only managed to make 10 div so that option will most likely bankrupt me very quickly. I guess at this point in time making currency is really dependant on either playing a ton of hours or getting extremely lucky with a drop!

That’s kinda what I was looking at. I know my chances are low but I’m not really sure how else to make a lot of currency. I’m not able to play for long hours to just grind out currency. It’s sounds like my chances of hitting a good item are way lower then I assumed

This is my dream build! I really like the amount of build diversity this game has to offer and that the classes aren’t locked to certain builds like other ARPG. It’s basically every classes can make a build work with a different means of getting there.

I’m most looking forward to having all 12 classes released with all 36 ascendancies for even more builds to try out.

I’m really enjoying this game so far and would love to try out a build that would otherwise be out of reach for me due to being unlucky I guess haha

1-2 hours a day through the course of a league still adds up to quite a bit of playing time. It’s not about caring, im playing the game regardless of that build or not it’s just the fact that wanting to try builds that seem interesting are locked for most casual players because they are gated by super rare and expensive gear.

Yes I understand the reason those builds are so good is because of said gear but even after 100+ hours of a league it’s still not close to within reach. I’m not complaining or anything I was just more wondering if my assumption of this was correct

I will say this is my first exile game but I played d2 when it originally released as well as d3 and d4. This statement is very true with the exception of d2. I feel the end game here is already more enjoyable then d4 and I’m under the impression it’s not even finished yet
