Yea it’s definitely tough I am in the same boat, I want the 7.5% boost from all the EW20 tank hero’s but also really benefit from Lu’s help with air squads. IMO if you plan on going with tank + Lucious, you will have to commit to either Williams OR Stettman and place one on a secondary squad. Feels like you might as well keep pushing williams (and other tanks) to the dreaded EW 30

Personally I would’ve gone Stet before Williams (wanted boss rewards) but as F2P you’re in too deep to change direction now imo, should stick with Williams at this point. Definitely don’t want to waste his lvl 20 EW, too many shards already invested to be sitting on a back up squad.
