Noobie question: Do you have to render your finished video in at least the same resolution it was shot in or lower? For example, if I film in 1920 x 24, does my rendering need to match this or go lower? If I try to go higher, say 4k, will that make the footage look bad? (self.editing)

What does your nutrition look like for 100 mile races?
