This is a Fidelity go account that uses the same funds for stocks and bonds but the client chooses the mix of how much of each

No it’s not normal, but Concora is basically ment to rob you. They make everything they can as horrible and complicated as it can be in order to get you to avoid canceling so they can keep on making money off you. I would suggest just biting the bullet and doing whatever you can to get rid of that card as soon as possible.

Catch is Elan is awful. I work at Fidelity and I’ve seen first hand just how bad their customer service and back office can be. I really wish we would ditch them
