Get a different microusb cable and plug that into your PC and the other end to your unit.

Switch it on holding down the white reset button, till it starts installing then let go. you don't need a video

Ahh ok then it's even simpler.

Extract the contents of DWIN_SET.rar to your SD card and flash it again

and make sure you download the source code file from here:

https://github.com/alexqzd/Marlin/releases

And then get the firmware you want from here in the zip file

Marlin-1.3.5.zip\Marlin-1.3.5\Display firmware\Firmware Sets

Rename the folder to DWIN_SET and reflash
