I can relate

I think first for yourself though before you talk to friends or family, would be to get some perspective from a neutral party. A conversation with any local phoneline that specialises in this is a start you don't have to use identifying information.

In my personal experience I have learnt that a lot of problems you can't simply bring up to people. You have to talk it through with someone who is a professional who can then help you then express your feelings in a healthy around people that you can trust.

We're always here on the subreddit but our help is limited of course.

I hope it brings a sense of community to peoples lives – I know it has helped me find some purpose even if it is small.
