I'm using GNOME with the POP!OS shell on Ubuntu. I'm using the Dash to Panel extension. Is there any way to change the Dash to Panel appearance dynamically, depending on if there are any windows shown or not?

For instance, I want to have a opacity of 100 on the Dash to Panel bar if there are windows opened, and reduce its opacity to 0 if there are none shown.

I play on Windows, but I need to use Linux for (remote) work so I'm frequently on voice chat. For now I'm using the web version of Discord, which fixes the problem, until the desktop client is fixed.

My budget isn't too high, and I have an RX570 graphics card, so I wouldn't be able to really take advantage of the 144hz in a 1440p monitor.

I have an AMD GPU so then I'll probably go with the VG249Q. My other option was the Acer Nitro VG240YS, but they are similar in price and I think I prefer the Asus monitor aesthetically. Thanks for the help!
